I am doing this on my own opinion but I hope other mods/admins will agree with this.
Some new rules 1) No topics are allowed in regards to pirated software. 2) No topics are allowed in discussing, notifying or giving personal reviews over leaked software. 3) No topics are allowed in asking for help with or where to obtian blz files.
Don't like the rules. Then find another message board.

Agreed. We're here to talk about N-Gage, not promote piracy or talk about where we can get the latest warez or blz files. As Subbie wrote, u don't like these rules? Go somewhere else.

(a) will get you banned. (b) I have no problem with. Your debating piracy, not promoting or indorcing it.
So what if your viewpoint is that piracy is OK? Does that get you banned? You point out that if someone says piracy is bad then your debating, but a debate involves opposing points of view.

I dont think people are taking this very seriously, and why should you, its not your site, nor do you get in any shit if you break the rules. In fact you stand to gain a lot talking about piracy, all the latest games being the main appeal!
However, lets say you were being given a lift in someone's car, you'd treat that car with respect, as to show your appreciation, and not get the owner in any trouble. So treat this site with the same respect, the creators are paying for the domain, they are paying for the web space, and they are updating the site to keep you all well informed. The least you can do is obide by their rules, and not try and bend/twist them, its very simple, dont talk about priracy, unless you are addressing the problem, and constructivly dibating the fix.
I remeber when i first joined the site, i found exactly what i was looking for straight away, and i could ask questions, without lippy remarks and insults being the answers. If you all stop messing around, stop bitching, and start using some common sense, aka not writting the same questions over and over! The forums would becme useful to new N-Gage users as well as old.
Just have a little respect for what isn't yours, these guys are doing you a favour, dont bite the hand that feeds you.
You don't want us discussing piracy unless it comes up in debate, because piracy(.blz) files are considered theft...meanwhile, there is an entire board dedicated to emulation? Last time I checked, downloading roms = piracy = theft. Even more, Nintendo just recently patented Gameboy emulation, so Gamephone Advance + GoBoy(Symbian) as well as Crimsom Storm's GBA emulator (Zodiac) are officially illegal.
So, we can't discuss piracy because it's wrong, but we can discuss emulation all we want? Don't get me wrong, I'm against piracy, but the rules are contradictive(IMO).

No Jonathan, Emame is not illegal, and the use of legal roms is not illegal - last time we checked.
Blatent swapping of illegal .blz files is hurting the N-gage. We're here to help push the N-Gage message, why? Because we use it and love it.
If you talk about piracy in general, you will not be banned - it's out there, we're not putting our heads in the sand, we just dont want to promote, encourage or link to any of it.

That's rediculous, why should only one side of an issue be represented. I don't personally endorse piracy, but to limit peoples ability to debate the issue of piracy both pro and con is not an appropriate response. It's one thing to tell people not to share illegal information. But to tell people they will be banned for sharing a viewpoint that differs from theirs is just sad.
